Originally founded by Dr Tim Hardy, the 19th Avenue Family Practice has provided patient-centred care to the southern Gold Coast community since 1998.
In 2023, the ownership of the practice was passed on to Dr Ian Black and Dr Paul Hamilton, and the clinic remains dedicated to our local community.
Since its inception, the practice has proven to be a popular medical clinic for patients, and quality clinicians alike. All doctors who practice from 19th Avenue Family Practice strive for excellence in medical care for all patients. We are a team of eight doctors, two practice nurses, and four medical administrative staff.
Our aim is to provide holistic family-focused quality care, so that each patient can achieve the best possible health outcomes.
The doctors at 19th Avenue Family Practice remain up to date in their practice through continuous professional development, and a true dedication to family medicine.
We strive to offer appointments on the day for when our patients are unwell. Not all available appointments are visible via the online booking system, and we encourage our existing patients to call the practice on (07) 5535 7611 if they require an appointment urgently.
